Here is an audio clip of what my BMW i8 exhaust sounds like after modifying the exhaust flap. Several runs are made in EcoPro and Comfort Mode with Hold State of Charge enabled, which doesn't enable the fake exhaust sound inside the car. Without sound augmentation, the true sound of the mid-engine can be heard. The muffler is still stock, which I like better than aftermarket exhausts, which make the car sound like a Diesel or Briggs and Stratton. Microphone used in this video:
