Can I see your I.D.at Monterey County Jail

Monterey County Jail:
Taking footage of the “Outside” of the Monterey County Jail & this Tyrant from The Monterey County Sheriff’s Department TRIES to get my ID, tells me NOT to RECORD, REFUSES to IDENTIFY himself witch breaks policy 1046.2.1 (a)
And WOW..... REFUSES to call a SUPERVISOR after I requested one several times!
