San Diego Police received a call of a man who was unconscious inside a vehicle at the intersection of Regents Road and Governor Drive. Police arrived and made contact with the male who was passed out behind the wheel while the vehicle was still in drive. Police woke up the driver and he had admitted to drinking earlier.
