D3-FNC-Lite Build (Warlords Will Make It Better!)

This is my current build that is very much like the old D3-FNC build from Division 1.

With today's tweet from Fredrick Thylander, I am convinced this build will not only be as effective and fun at level 40, but will also be significantly better, and much closer to what we had with D3/Pred Mark.
