I share from my own lawn business start up experience by listing four do's and four don'ts. I will give you a sample. Do invest in quality equipment. I think it is worth spending a little extra money on the front end if you are able to get quality equipment that performs well and will last. Don't take complaints personal. It is difficult to please everyone. It is likely that you will get more complaints in the weed control business than in a mowing business. It's okay. Learn and move on.
