Turkey Claims to Continue Military Operation against Syria, Intensifying Tensions

Turkey-Syria tensions continue to intensify as Turkey claimed to continue its military operation in Idlib.

The Syrian government forces reportedly shot down a Turkish drone and the Turkish military shot down two Syrian government military aircraft in Idlib on Sunday.

The ongoing fierce fighting between Turkish and Syrian in Idlib also disturbed Hatay on the Turkish border. A rumor on social media that the center of Hatay had been hit by artillery caused panic in the area.
