Philippines' Largest Territory in Spratlys under Repair and Upgrade! | Defense Upgrade PH

The Philippine occupied Pag-asa island in Spratly Islands starts to take shape as the construction of a beaching ramp and sheltered port appeared to have made significant progress. This is after the President Duterte’s orders to construct more facilities and rehabilitate its runway. This is a start of the government’s preparations for the improvement of the Island.
