Neck lacquer removal on a Strat plus pickup blend mod plus fret profiling...

This is probably the best MIM Strat I have ever had in the workshop! That said, it has a very sticky neck that the owner hates so we are going to remove the lacquer. Once done, we will oil the neck so it plays really smoothly. Guitar also needs fret profiling plus we are going to modify the electrics to a master volume (standard), master tone (mod) + blend (which brings in either the bridge or neck pickups on options where you are not normally able to). The blend mod makes it so that we can bring in the bridge pickup when in the neck or neck/middle mode). We can also do the same with the neck pickup when in the bridge or bridge/middle mode. That way we can have all 3 pickups on at once or bridge+neck a la Telecastre! This is mt favourite Strat mod. Enjoy...
