Map Modifiers for Delirium, what to capitalize on and what to ignore!

There are definitely some great modifiers for this league, but there are also a lot that we can just completely ignore(the main majority). This video covers all the modifiers, how to capitalize, what to ignore and when to use specific mods.

I will be covering as much as possible pre league to help people prepare for a good league start! If there is anything you would like to see that i have not covered, let me know :).
