Summary: Quiet place; straight chair or floor, no cushiony furniture; sit up kind of straight; breathe through nose; close eyes lightly, or not; repeat key phrase to self on inhale; repeat key phrase to self on exhale; set timer for 5-8 minutes, if beginner; instrumental music or music not in your own language, if desired. Perform daily, AM and PM both is good !
