This verse takes on a whole new meaning once we understand brain wave states. After the age of 12, we have fully developed our analytical mind, and move consistently to low level beta brain waves (30hz+)
It's interesting to note that from ages 0-6, we operate in Theta cycles (4-8hz), and from 7-12 in Alpha cycles (9-13hz) primarily, it's only in adulthood we move to Beta.
Is this verse suggesting that the kingdom of heaven is that perfect, peaceful place within you, which can only be accessed though lowering your brain wave states, through meditation or deep relaxation exercises?
Is moving beyond the analytical mind, from beta to alpha, to theta, and even gamma, how we access the infinite realm within us?
Dr Joe Dispenza gives us a fantastic explanation to the biological, neurological and chemical changes that occur when we shift through brain wave states, and how they effect our level of consciousness.
