Overwatch is having a bit of an identity crisis and with a looming new hero moba FPS hybrid type game than emphasizes shooter elements more than powerful abilities in Riot's new fps game Valorant around the corner, Blizzard is looking to capture shooter fan's attention by making Overwatch a bit more focused on the mechanical play over the powerful but complicated teamwork elements... only problem is, teamwork heroes have defined Overwatch since launch. Meta-depending, low mechanics high gamesense heroes have always had a massive carry potential and that's part of what makes Overwatch what it is. Can Overwatch compete with Riot's Valorant?
