Amjad Tareen started his Wall street Career with Lehman Brothers in Manhattan New York in 1988. It was here at Lehman Brothers that he learned the much-needed skills to Cold Call, identify prospect and identify Accredited Investors for senior Advisors at Lehman Brothers. This valuable hands on Learning experience gave him the much-needed confidence in catapulting his career further on Wall Street. After Lehman he got his Securities license and started working with Second tier Brokerage houses. His hard work desire and dedication earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues.

In 1991 he joined Stanford & Company a Boutique member New York stock exchange firm. It was here that he was Introduced to Institutional clients from around the world. He was working with Institutional clients from South America, Middle East and Europe. His main focus was bringing deals to these Institutional Investors. It was here that I raised money for Wisconsin Pharmacol the manufacturer of female Condoms. The company was in much need of capital. I was able to raise $1.5 million for the company. Six months later the company signed a contract with United Nation to provide Female condoms to the whole continent of Africa. Raised $1 million Dollars for Fountain Pharmaceutical. Sold 51% stake in Safas corporation to GE Capital. Raised $1.5 million for Computer Concepts Inc through Reg S offering.

He Joined Merrill Lynch in 1996 as a Financial Advisor in the Private Client group. Merrill Lynch was like Home Depot of Financial services. Here Amjad exceeded all goals and became one of the Top Ten Financial Advisors in the Country in his length of service. He won Accolades like Winner Circle, Masters Trip and Executive Club. It was at Merrill Lynch when he did a Line of Credit for Best Foods the Largest Whole Seller of Ethnic Indian Foods in North America. While at a seminar for Physicians he Met the CEO of Pharmaceutics International Inc. Amjad Tareen through his experience with the start ups quickly bonded with the CEO and offered to extend his expertise to help him take his company to the next level. Two months later provided him with a $2 million Dollar line of credit to buy out his partner.
Gave him a million Dollar Mortgage on the CEO’S house, Provided the company with a Business Checking account. Also transferred there 401K to Merrill Lynch. Today Pharmaceutical International Inc employs 400 plus employees. Just raised $96 Million Dollar from a Hedge Fund. I still enjoy good relationship with the CEO of Pharmaceutics International Inc.

HSBC Bank from 2002 to 2004 I was Vice President Small Business Loans or SBA Loans.

Moved to Tampa Florida in 2004. Through his personal Relationships raised $1.2 million for Innovative Software Technologies. Raised $1 million Dollar for Saffron Road in Seed Stage. In 2017 Saffron Road did $42 million in Revenues. Raised $1 Million for Emerald Health Sciences a Holding company in the Cannabis Industry.

Sold New Horizon Rx a manufacturer of Generic Medicines to a Private group based out of Miami. Currently working with a Major Healthcare Company based out of Miami to restructure their $96 million-dollar Debt. This Healthcare company has $240 million in Revenues and expected to post $30 Million Dollars In EBITA. Good friends with the CEO of the company.

As part of our commitment to Pakistan and developing a Bilateral business Relationship between the United States and Pakistan. I was able to Facilitate a Joint Venture Between Watergen USA and a leading Pakistani Company in setting up a Manufacturing and Assembly Plant in Pakistan. The USA based Company will Invest $2 Million Dollars in Pakistan in Development Projects. Further, we will be setting a Cardboard bottling Plant in Pakistan. MOU for these Ventures has been signed with an intended launch date in the first quarter of 2020 which will result in more jobs for Pakistani people.
