Argentina asks IMF for extra time to repay loans

Some progress is being reported in the negotiations between Argentina and the International Monetary Fund. The country owes the group $44 billion, but a shrinking economy is making that difficult to repay and Buenos Aires says it needs extra time. CGTN's Giles Gibson reports.
