Use of ‘Sussex Royal’ Brand Under Review by the Queen

Use of ‘Sussex Royal’ Brand Under Review by the Queen The use of the word “royal” as part of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s new venture is currently being reviewed by the Queen.

According to a royal source, discussions are underway as to whether the couple can keep using ‘Sussex Royal’ for merchandising after stepping back from royal life.

Harry and Meghan registered the brand as a trademark on items from clothing to books and stationary, but also on education services and charitable fundraising.

The couple are currently in Canada, but are due to return back to the UK for Commonwealth Day on 9th March.

An official decision is expected to be made around that time.

The couple will carry out their final official engagements as full royals later this month.
