We had lots of burned food to test on, such as burnt spaghetti, dried caked on oatmeal, scorched milk and burnt rice that coated the inside of our Instant Pot.

Now how are we going to get it clean? We had to scrub too much with Barkeepers Friend so that wasn’t our first choice. It worked well, just not on the burnt on food on the inside pot.

The dryer sheet method everyone raves about didn’t touch it. We soaked it overnight with some Dawn dish detergent. Maybe it works for smaller disasters - but not this one!

Baking soda. Nope. Dawn soap and warm water? Nope.

Watch to see what really works!

Stay tuned to the end where we give you the secret to really shine your Instant Pot and get off any last food particles that didn't come off.
