What's up ladies and gentlemen today we're doing a series with Omar about the deadlift and bench press (Allan's footage was corrupted :/ ) we grabbed a couple of beginners in the gym and helped them give some tips on their lifts. We thought you guys could benefit from seeing some in life coaching and being able to apply these to your training since we know not everyone can afford a one on one personal coach.
