Bamboo-Instance is a good way to gain a lot of Exp. Even more for lower level players it can be really useful. Therefore you can enter this instance once a day.
When finishing Bamboo you will receive a strange paper in your bag. Use it to start the quest "A world without Thieves" and fight bosses to get a chance of receiving Lost Arts and more useful stuff.
