Peter speaks with Ryan Dancey about his experience working at Wizards of the Coast including his role in the development of Dungeons & Dragons 3E.

Ryan is the Chief Operating Officer at Alderac Entertainment Group. His past positions include CEO of Goblinworks, CMO of CCP Games, and VP of Tabletop RPGs and Dungeons & Dragons Brand Manager at Wizards of the Coast. He co-created the Legend of the Five Rings, led the team that published the 3rd Edition of D&D, and created the Open Gaming License.
